today was the day we got back our first o level results. It was quite simply, nerve wrecking. The entire day was really torture, and everyone seemed to be in a weird mood or another. Miss Kang stormed into our class and reprimanded our class in a quiet yet frightening way when we didn't bring our TYS[although she didnt tell us to. neither did ms kang say it had to be with us at all times.]. Ms Lim was giving us an erm, 'well-thought' lecture on the hysterics of receiving results.

Our CMECs instructor was INSANE. there is no other word for it. Everyone was twisting their own knickers while she grated each word and yelled into the mike.

History was spent with mdm chan talking about hotties and notties of her time, it was absolutely hilarious and amusing. Mdm Ang was well, mdm ang.

THEN RESULTS!!!!
all in all, the chinese failure of all time, got a 6!!! While everyone was sad about their Bs and stuff, i was actually quite elated. It sounds totally pathetic, but for someone who has gotten Es and scraped Ds her whole secondary school life, it felt great to finally pass in the national exams. So, i guess this is the end of chinese for now. Time to concentrate on other subjects and move on.

To Sarah Anne, Janna, Annamonalisa, Sarah G and all other people who felt they could have done better, its OK! there's always another chance. So don't sweat it and try again two months from now yeah? No need to cry about it XD

I called a various number of people. Nick, my fellow chinese delinquent got a 6 as well. Luki Mel and Ains also called to ask, we screamed together. Mom got quite a shock when i told her, but after she recovered she said we would go out and celebrate! Imagine that, celebrating because your daughter got a C6 in one of her subjects. It's a valid reason, in this case, of course. Sharon and Nas were like totally laughing at me when they heard it though, lol but nevermind!

Studied at the airport with Patricia Emilia and Ruoen. We had quite a feast, i don't think i'll be eating for a quite a while yet haha. It was super cold, used the green shirt which i forgot to return to noelle[haha, sorry.]. We laughed and ate alot, i did some amath but it was so bloody difficult!! If our prelim paper is off that standard, i am going to die.

Apparently, Emilia claims i smell like wood. Yes, WOOD. how very unflattering. I have the same, um, SCENT, as things like furniture and trees and the assortment of antiques. The bizarre thing is that patricia agreed enthusiastically, which is not good. Emilia has the nose of a bloodhound; she can smell ash smoke on people's clothes immediately and stuff like that, so it is really freaky.

Went home with patti after buying dinner back.

To study! Or attempting to.
